Question 1

Is Eyezy legit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — legitimate vendor, real product, real human support, published refund policy, regular updates, independent user reviews. Shorter history than mSpy (the honest gap — fewer OS-update cycles to judge recovery speed by), but established and accountable. Buy only from eyezy.com; beware professional phishing clones mimicking the branding. No lifetime deals, no marketplace keys — those are always scams regardless of brand.

Question 2

How much does Eyezy cost?

Accepted Answer

~$9.99/month on annual billing (~$119.88/year); ~$47.99 for a single month. Annual saves ~79% vs monthly — one of the steepest annual discounts in the category, which tells you where the vendor wants you (and where the value is). Never buy monthly unless stopping within 10 weeks. Confirm live pricing at checkout — promos change the numbers, usually downward.

Question 3

What are Magic Alerts?

Accepted Answer

Eyezy's AI notification system — alerts for concerning keywords (bullying, self-harm, drugs, predatory language), geofence crossings (arrived/left school, home, custom places), and suspicious contacts. Configurable with presets plus your own terms. It's the feature that converts monitoring from a daily chore into a background safety net — the highest value-per-effort feature in Eyezy's package, and the main thing mSpy doesn't quite match.

Question 4

Does Eyezy work without root or jailbreak?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Android via standard app install (no root, 10–15 minutes), iPhone via iCloud (no jailbreak, Apple ID + 2FA code). This is the legitimate standard; any vendor still requiring root/jailbreak in 2026 is selling you 2016.

Question 5

Can I try Eyezy before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Eyezy offers a live demo with realistic sample data: click through the full dashboard, configure Magic Alerts, explore every tab before paying. Combined with the 14-day money-back guarantee, it's the lowest-risk evaluation path in the category. Use both: demo for the interface, guarantee window for live testing on your actual target phone.

Question 6

What's the catch with the refund?

Accepted Answer

The 14-day guarantee is real and honored — but some users report a processing fee deducted from the refund amount. It's disclosed in the terms (read them before buying, screenshot them), not a hidden gotcha — but it means testing isn't literally $0-risk. Factor it in: the fee is the price of a thorough evaluation, still far cheaper than a year of the wrong app.

Question 7

Eyezy vs mSpy — which should I buy?

Accepted Answer

The $20/year question, answered by your history: Eyezy if $20/year matters and you haven't been burned by unreliable apps (most first-time buyers — the rational pick). mSpy if reliability record, update-recovery speed, and support depth are worth $20/year to you (most second-time buyers replacing a failed app). Features are ~90% parity; the difference is insurance vs savings. You can't go wrong with either — they're the top two for a reason, and both beat everything else by distance.

Question 8

Is Eyezy good for iPhone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, via the standard iCloud method — same capabilities and limitations as every iCloud-based app (backup-speed data measured in hours, no keylogger, no real-time GPS). For iPhone specifically, Eyezy's value proposition is arguably strongest: the iCloud method is commoditized across vendors (same Apple infrastructure), so Eyezy's lower price is nearly pure savings on identical mechanics. ~$10/mo for competent iCloud monitoring is the category's best iPhone value.
